Daniel J. Dilworth, M.D.
Daniel Dilworth graduated from the Medical College of Ohio, Toledo in Toledo, Ohio and completed his residency at Ohio State University, Mt. Carmel in 1999. He began his career as a physician at Defiance OB/GYN Clinic in Defiance, Ohio before moving to Miami County in 2002. Dr. Dilworth owns his private practice, Miami County OB/GYN and Associates and delivers at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy. Dr. Dilworth also has privileges at Troy Hospital and Soin Medical Center through Kettering Health Network.
Dr. Dilworth is also the physician at the Miami County Public Health Clinic for Women’s OB and Reproductive Health located the Miami County Health Department.
Dr. Dilworth resides in Tipp City with his wife, Mariam and two sons, Brandon and Samuel. In his spare time, he enjoys artwork and playing volleyball.

Shelley R. Maier, PA-C
Shelley Maier graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Kettering College of Medical Arts in 1999. Shelley first began her career as a Physician Assistant in the Emergency Department at Miami Valley Hospital. In July of 2004, Shelley started as a Women’s Health Physician Assistant at Miami County OB/GYN and in her 17 years here has enjoyed providing care all throughout a female’s lifespan; including contraceptive counseling and management, concerns related to menstruation, annual gynecologic exams, sexually transmitted disease education and treatment and menopausal care. Shelley has one son, Jarrett. She and her husband Tom enjoy spending time with their family and 2 dogs at Indian Lake.

Raychel E. Miramontes, CNM
Raychel Miramontes graduated with her Associates in Nursing from Edison State Community College and went on to receive her Bachelor’s degree online through the University of Phoenix. Raychel completed her Master’s degree from University of Cincinnati and is certified through the American Midwifery Certification Board. She has 13 years’ experience in nursing with 10 of those being in Labor & Delivery; specializing in antepartum care, post-partum care and special care nursery. Raychel resides in Troy with her husband, Kenny and their four children.

Amy B. Warner, RDMS
Amy Warner is an honors graduate of Kettering College of Medical Arts. She graduated in 1993 as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and initially began her career at Dayton Medical Imaging doing radiology. She began her OB/Gyn ultrasound career at Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital where Amy performed high-risk ultrasounds at Miami Valley from 1997 until she started with Miami County OB/GYN in July of 2008. Amy and her wonderful husband, Brad, have 2 adult sons, Justin and Cameron. In her spare time, Amy enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
